Refund & Returns Policy – Baby Next Steps

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

We only accept returns for clothing items. Other product types are not applicable as we currently do not sell them.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Clothing items showing signs of wear or washing.

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item returned after 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Return handling charges: Rs. 250

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank – processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced clothing items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at babynextsteps@gmail.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return your clothing item, please ship it to:

• You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.

• If your return is approved for a refund, the shipping cost and Rs. 250 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
